Issuance is never for sale. A Bullshit Ticket on the public register issues on merit, against a gap or a system — never a person, and never for money. A pack buys paper and ink, not an outcome.
Participation goods, plainly. What you buy is what is described: a print-at-home pack, delivered by email. Merch stands in its queue until its run opens. No redemption is promised or implied, by this shelf or by the ticket itself.
