Project PAW Carbon & Energy Solutions Corp 0 Bullshit Policy Adopted: May 2025
Preamble
We don’t waste time, we don’t waste money, and we sure as hell don’t waste trust. This policy is a line in the sand, it sets the tone for how we operate with clarity, courage, and zero tolerance for the games, ego, and red tape that destroy impact. It doesn’t serve people or planet—it doesn’t belong here.
Straight Talk Only
We speak clearly. We mean fully. No jargon. No sugar-coating.
Anyone found deliberately misleading, spinning half-truths, or hiding essential facts is in breach.
Communication shall be honest, concise, and mission-aligned at all times.
No Ego Economics
This company isn’t your pedestal. It’s your platform to serve.
Decisions are made based on value, not vanity.
If your need to be “right” or “in charge” blocks real progress, that’s bullshit and it will be called out.
No Dead Weight or Fake Work Busywork is bullshit. So is coasting.
Everyone is expected to contribute measurable, meaningful value.
Tasks must connect directly to outcomes—no bloated meetings, no optics-only reports, no fake tasks.
No Corporate Theatre
We don’t perform. We produce.
You don’t need a fancy title, suit, or deck to be respected here—just results and integrity.
We prioritize function over form, and truth over politics.
No Exploitation, No Excuses
Harmful systems hide behind polite excuses. Not here.
We do not exploit people, land, time, or truth for personal or corporate gain.
If you wouldn’t want it done to your family or your future—you don’t do it here.
Radical Responsibility
If you screw up, own it. Fix it. Learn.
Blame-shifting, scapegoating, and ghosting consequences are all considered acts of bullshit.
The shame is not facing the truth.
Bullshit Tickets
Anyone in the organization or community can issue a Bullshit Ticket when they spot a violation of values, ethics, or common sense.
Tickets trigger a Review Conversation, not punishment—unless a pattern is proven.
Tickets can also be used as learning moments or redeemed for improvement incentives (under future Ethos Token models).
The Bullshit Audit Principle
All systems, projects, and decisions are subject to internal audit through the Bullshit Lens:
Does it serve people?
Does it respect the planet?
Does it return value transparently?
Would we be proud to explain this decision publicly?
If the answer is "no" - scrap it or fix it.
