We do not issue refunds for your errors. Read that again.
If you submit a payment, place an order, or subscribe from outside our service area without checking with us first, you are donating — not purchasing. You’re helping fund the mission. Thanks for the support.
All services, products, or subscriptions are final sale, unless we explicitly guarantee otherwise in writing before the transaction. We are not here to clean up after your oversight.

Buying without confirmation = your risk, your bill.
Out-of-zone transactions are treated as support contributions, not service requests.

We reserve the right to block, blacklist, or shut down access to anyone misusing our systems, names, likenesses, or resources. No warnings. No games.
All content is protected. All infrastructure is monitored. You show up wrong, we’ll show you the door.
IP & BRAND PROTECTION
Everything under Project PAW, Pierce Energy Inc, Eden, Evergreen, and all sub-brands, logos, technologies, or service structures — including infrastructure kits — is intellectual property owned or licensed by us. Use without permission = legal action.

DECENTRALIZED SYSTEM NOTICE
Some elements of Project PAW operate under decentralized community power systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services due to municipal interference, infrastructure damage, or system overload.
If a node is down, it's being fixed. If you’re part of the system, help fix it. If not — stay out of the way.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
