Position Overview

Project PAW Carbon & Energy Solutions Corp. is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for SunSpot Media & Subsidiaries to join its Board of Directors as Seat 4.

This is a partner-level leadership role, not employment. The selected individual will take full ownership of the organization’s media, analytics, and communications infrastructure, shaping how the company is understood internally and externally.

Mandate

This role controls the organization’s narrative, data systems, and public-facing communications, ensuring that all outputs are accurate, measurable, and aligned with real operational performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead SunSpot Media, SunSpot Studios, and SunSpot Analytics

  • Manage branding, communications, and public messaging across all channels

  • Oversee data collection, verification, and analytics systems

  • Support all Project PAW divisions with media production and reporting

  • Translate operational results into clear, measurable, and communicable value

Authority Scope

  • Full control over all media, analytics, and communication functions

  • Direct influence over brand positioning and public narrative

  • Independent authority within the defined scope of SunSpot operations

Candidate Requirements

Required:

  • Experience or education in media, communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field

  • Strong interest in data, analytics, and performance measurement

  • Ability to present information clearly, honestly, and without unnecessary complexity

  • Demonstrated ability to manage or produce media content and messaging

Profile Fit:

  • Direct communicator with a “0-bullshit” approach to messaging and analysis

  • Values accuracy over spin

  • Comfortable working across both creative and analytical domains

Preferred:

  • Experience with analytics platforms, reporting systems, or data storytelling

  • Background in brand development or multi-channel communications

  • Experience supporting or scaling early-stage ventures

Equity & Partnership Structure

  • Up to 12.5% vested sweat equity in Project PAW Carbon & Energy Solutions Corp.

  • Up to 49% sweat equity ownership in SunSpot Media & Subsidiaries

  • No personal financial investment required

  • Permanent seat on the Board of Directors (Seat 4)
