Compensation: Up to 12.5% vested sweat equity in Project PAW Carbon & Energy Solutions Corp. and up to 49% vested sweat equity in CASS (Community Assisted Support Services)

Position Overview

Project PAW Carbon & Energy Solutions Corp. is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for CASS who will also serve as Seat 5 on the Board of Directors. This is a partner-level, equity-based role, not employment. The CEO will manage operations, revenue generation, and service delivery across CASS and all related subsidiaries.

This is a high-impact leadership role equivalent to managing two corporate entities simultaneously. The successful candidate will combine operational expertise with compassion and strong organizational skills.

Mandate

Lead execution across all operational subsidiaries and ensure the organization’s financial and operational performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Direct CASS as the primary operational and revenue-generating entity

  • Oversee all Project PAW subsidiaries under the operational structure

  • Manage logistics, deployment, and service delivery systems

  • Drive revenue growth, efficiency, and profitability

  • Allocate and reinvest profits to support expansion and partner returns

Authority Scope

  • Full operational control of for-profit execution and subsidiary management

  • Strategic and operational authority across multiple corporate entities

  • Reporting to the Board while serving as the executive manager of CASS

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven management experience or relevant education in business administration, operations, or related field

  • Transportation access, valid driver’s license, and a clean driver’s abstract

  • Strong organizational and operational skills

  • Compassionate and people-focused demeanor

  • Ability to manage multiple divisions effectively

Preferred:

  • Experience leading multiple teams or subsidiaries simultaneously

  • Familiarity with startup or nonprofit/for-profit hybrid structures

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, efficiency, and growth

Equity & Partnership Structure

  • Up to 12.5% vested sweat equity in Project PAW Carbon & Energy Solutions Corp.

  • Up to 49% vested sweat equity in CASS (Community Assisted Support Services)

  • This is a partner-level, equity-based position; no salary or personal investment required
