Purpose:
To ensure that all team members uphold our commitment to transparency, accountability, and legal integrity, while also protecting sensitive information and maintaining operational security.
Policy Overview:
Green Light – Open Communication
Any question, topic, or request that can be openly discussed without legal, operational, or strategic conflict is considered a Green Light.
Speak freely.
Share information responsibly.
Represent the mission and values of Project PAW accurately.
Red Light – Respect the Boundary
A Red Light response is a respectful and firm way of saying:
“That’s a valid question, but I can’t talk about it at this time.”
No further explanation is required.
All Red Lights are strictly protected under the active Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Red Light responses may be due to ongoing strategy, legal protection, or situational risk.
Anyone receiving a Red Light is asked to respond with patience and trust in the process.
Green Light? – Permission Check
If you’re unsure whether something can be disclosed:
Ask someone else you trust on the team, simply: “Green Light?”
If no one is available or able to confirm, default to Red Light and say:
“Please ask again at a later time.”
Automatic Red Light Rule
If you’re not 100% certain something can be shared—do not share it.
Default to Red Light.
Always protect the integrity of the mission and the privacy of those involved.
Cultural Reminder:
This policy is not about secrecy. It’s about respect.
We don’t hide the truth—we just sometimes delay it for the greater good.
Our commitment to “0 Bullshit” includes knowing when to say nothing.
