♻️ Project Dead Dirt — Turning Wasted Soil into Living Wealth
From lifeless to life-giving. Project Dead Dirt is Project PAW’s bold new initiative to rescue “spent” or nutrient-depleted soil from landfills and construction sites — and transform it into carbon-rich, biologically active earth.
Through a unique Soil Swap Program, community members and businesses can bring in their “dead” dirt and receive revitalized, microbially enhanced soil in return. The surplus is processed using a proprietary blend of compost, biochar, mineral amendments, and beneficial microbes — creating a premium growing medium that supports healthy plants, sequesters carbon, and reduces waste.
Why it matters:
• 🌱 Regenerates local ecosystems by restoring soil health.
• ♻️ Reduces landfill waste and associated emissions.
• 💰 Creates new revenue streams through soil sales, workshops, and carbon credits.
• 🤝 Engages the community in hands-on climate action.
Project Dead Dirt is more than a recycling program — it’s a circular economy model for soil, proving that what’s considered “waste” can become a cornerstone of sustainable growth.
