The Thesis

We are an energy solutions company. All movement creates energy. A body in motion is a generator. We don't just sell energy — we make it, all day, with our own bodies.

What This Means

  • Dance. Be silly. Move. Put the music on.
  • Stretch breaks, hallway grooves, desk drumming, full dance breaks — all of it counts.
  • Nobody gets side-eyed for moving. The only wrong move is sitting still out of self-consciousness.

Why We Do It

We're doing this to energize the room and shift the tension. Stuck meeting? Heavy air? Deadlocked call? Move. Put the music on. A room in motion can't stay stuck — the energy has to go somewhere, so we aim it.

The Music Matters

Not all movement is equal — the type of music makes the difference. The playlist is curated, not random. The canon: "High Vibes" by William Pierce — 59 songs, ~3 hours, faith-forward and high-energy (Josiah Queen, LOST & FOUND, Forrest Frank, Phil Wickham, Brandon Lake, Able Heart — plus Queen, Creed, Jelly Roll, Shaboozey for lift). The playlist is the living document; it updates as the canon grows.

Where It Lives

  • Mostly: our own office. This is how we work. The building hums because we do.
  • Sometimes: selected exterior meetings. We peacock with it. When a room needs to remember who we are, we show them — movement first, introductions second.

The Science Bit

Kinetic energy is real energy — high IQ, zero bullshit. A team that moves thinks better, works better, feels better. This isn't a wellness program and it isn't prescribed exercise. We're just refusing to pretend stillness is professionalism.

The One Rule

Read the room on volume, not on movement. Headphones exist. Shared spaces stay shared. Move as big as you want — keep the noise kind.
