POLICY: CLEAR MONEY, CLEAR TERMS
INVESTOR FUND-ORIGIN POLICY

Clean Money, Clear Terms

The integrity standard for every dollar that enters Project PAW.

PURPOSE

This policy sets out how Project PAW Carbon & Energy Solutions Corp ("Project PAW", "the Company") handles the origin of funds received from investors, contributors, and partners. We believe in second chances — but we build on lawful money, documented openly, so the mission is never vulnerable to the source of its capital.

SCOPE

This policy applies to all investments, contributions, donations, and transfers of value received by the Company, in any round or form, from any source.

POLICY TERMS

  • Lawful origin required. By submitting funds to Project PAW, you affirm that the funds are lawfully obtained and not derived from criminal activity. You accept full legal responsibility for the origin of your capital.
  • Full documentation. Every contribution is recorded, timestamped, and receipted, with digital traceability. The Company maintains these records as part of its ordinary books.
  • Source-of-funds review. The Company may request documentation of the source of funds for any contribution, and may decline, pause, or return contributions where the source cannot be reasonably established or where acceptance would expose the Company to legal or reputational risk.
  • Compliance with law. The Company complies with all applicable anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorism-financing, and financial reporting laws. We do not accept known proceeds of crime.
  • Cooperation with lawful process. The Company cooperates with lawful investigations by competent authorities to the extent required by law. Investors should understand that contribution records may be disclosed where the law so requires.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This policy page is a statement of principle, not a contract. Any investment in Project PAW is governed by the subscription or investment agreement executed between the investor and the Company. Where there is any conflict, the executed agreement governs.

EFFECTIVE DATE

This policy takes effect on publication and applies to all contributions received from the effective date forward.

REVIEW DATE

This policy is reviewed at least annually, and whenever applicable law changes or material risk is identified. Next review: October 2027.
