Article I: Identity & Purpose

Name:
This company shall be known as Project PAW Carbon & Energy Solutions Corp (hereafter "Project PAW").

Origin:
Founded in Fredericton, on the unceded territory of the Wolastoqey people, with full acknowledgment and gratitude for the stewardship and wisdom of Indigenous peoples.

Mission Statement:
To design, deploy, and distribute regenerative carbon and energy infrastructure that empowers communities, heals ecosystems, and offers real economic alternatives to extraction, exploitation, and environmental decline.

Vision:
A world where every citizen has access to clean energy, clean water, and the dignity of contribution, protected by just systems that serve people and the planet.

Motto:
Shine Now. Farm Later. Heal Always.

Article II: Foundational Principles

Founder’s Declarations:

  • Founders Shall Return to the System: Any founder who seeks political office must resign from operational leadership and re-enter the system they built as a beneficiary.

  • Early Retirement Clause: The founder reserves the right to step away from leadership and live within the system to prove its integrity.

  • Sacred Vow of Service: The founder has declared, "I accept the mission with my whole heart, even if it gets me killed."

Ethical Boundaries:

  • No service will be offered unless we can deliver it.

  • No exploitation of labor, land, or natural systems.

  • Every policy, product, and project must benefit the Earth, the People, and the Future.

Article III: Corporate Structure

Parent Corporation:
Project PAW Carbon & Energy Solutions Corp is the umbrella organization for a network of impact-first subsidiaries.

Subsidiaries & Divisions:

  • Eden: Carbon farming, forest regeneration, biochar, and ecological restoration.

  • Evergreen Essentials: Infrastructure kits (Groovy Sidewalks, Pocket Dams, Turtle Power™, etc.)

  • CASS (Community Access Support System): A mobility and delivery cooperative launched in honor of Laura Glenn, with PAW retaining 51% equity.

  • PAW Plumbing™: Handles water infrastructure, storm flow, smart valves, etc.

  • Built from Waste: Branding and product line for infrastructure made from reclaimed/recycled materials.

  • IP #75: Riverbank Power Station™

  • IP #76: Turtle Power™ & PAW Power Bombs™

Article V: Revenue Streams

Infrastructure Licensing:


Municipalities purchase infrastructure units in clusters (e.g., 5-unit Riverbank Power Stations). Wave-based rollout.

Carbon Offset Credits:

  • Carbon farming via Eden model.

  • Solar Carbon Farming: "Shine Now, Farm Later" programs, where solar installations are prepared for carbon credit revenue by 2030.

Subscription & Services:

  • CASS subscriptions (mobility, food, meds delivery)

  • Maintenance packages for PAW Plumbing & Evergreen systems

  • Carbon verification, panel cleaning, data analytics

Strategic Partnerships:
With municipalities, cooperatives, Indigenous governments, and carbon markets.

Article VI: Governance & Bylaws

Board of Guardians:


A rotating council of elders, youth, and Indigenous representatives guiding ethics and major direction.

Transparency Clause:


All major revenue-generating systems must include clear, transparent reporting of environmental and social outcomes.

Terms of Service:

  • No refunds for user error.

  • Services guaranteed only in active rollout zones.

  • Subscriptions from outside our zones will be treated as donations.

  • All customers must initiate direct contact before placing orders.

Privacy:


No data sold. No surveillance. Minimal data stored only to provide essential services.

Indigenous Protocol:


All Project PAW deployments begin with land acknowledgment, protocol, and, where possible, partnership with local Indigenous communities.

Article VII: DIRT (Decentralized Integrated Regenerative Technology)

Description:


DIRT is Project PAW's internal AI, guiding system optimization, energy balance, maintenance forecasts, and social equity scoring.

Functionality:

  • Trains on PAW operational data

  • Balances energy generation and use across networks

  • Assesses climate and social equity outcomes in real time

Commitment:

DIRT will never be used to surveil, exploit, or manipulate communities. It serves the land, the system, and the people.
